All your questions about aab99, answered here
From playing on mobile to withdrawals, VIP benefits, and casino games — detailed answers to all the important topics on aab99 are laid out on this page.
When using aab99, small questions often come to mind — how to run the site on your phone, how long a withdrawal takes, what you get as a VIP, or how the live casino works. This page is divided into four sections providing straightforward and honest answers to all those questions. If you cannot find the information you need, our support team is always ready to help.
Mobile Use
If the connection suddenly drops, aab99 automatically saves the session. Once you reconnect and log back in, you can continue from where you left off. In live table games, if a hand is not yet complete, the dealer waits for a set time and the round is finished according to standard rules. In slot games, if a bet has already been processed, the result is credited to your account.
Yes, you can save the site as a shortcut on your home screen from any browser without a separate app. On Android, open the site in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu at the top, and select "Add to Home screen". On iPhone, open the site in Safari, tap the share button, and select "Add to Home Screen". After that you can open aab99 directly from your home screen.
aab99 is fully web-based, so it runs on any modern device. Android 8.0 or above and iOS 13 or above give you a good experience. On desktop, the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari are supported. Whether on 3G/4G/5G or Wi-Fi, the site works comfortably on any stable connection.
Old cache and cookies often slow down page loading. Go to your browser settings, select "Clear Cache" and "Clear Cookies", then reload the site. If the problem persists, check your internet connection speed and update your browser to the latest version. The live games section generally uses a bit more data, so a stronger connection is recommended.
Live dealer game video streams depend on a stable internet connection. If your connection is weak, switch to Wi-Fi or move closer to your router. Keep other browser tabs and background apps closed. Keeping the screen orientation in landscape gives you a bigger video view and clearer buttons.
Withdrawal Questions
Approved withdrawals on aab99 are processed within 1 hour. Transfers via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay typically arrive even faster. Bank transfers may take additional processing time on the bank's side. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
Yes, for security purposes aab99 only processes withdrawals to payment accounts that are fully registered in the player's own name. Whether it is bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or a bank account, the name must match. This protects your account and prevents unauthorized transactions.
To withdraw bonus winnings, the wagering requirement must be met. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus on a ৳1,000 deposit, you must complete 10 times that bonus amount in bets — meaning a total of ৳10,000 in wagers. The wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit and bonus combined. Once the requirement is met, the bonus balance is added to your main balance and can then be withdrawn.
aab99's withdrawal system is active seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Whether it is night or a holiday, you can submit a request at any time and it is generally processed within 1 hour. However, for bank transfers the bank's working days apply, so withdrawing via bKash or Nagad is the fastest option.
Withdrawals from aab99 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Bank transfers can be sent to all major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. It is advisable to ensure that the deposit and withdrawal method are the same.
VIP & Cashback
aab99 has four VIP levels in total — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback rates: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.8%, and Platinum up to 1.0%. Cashback is calculated every week and credited directly to your account balance.
Every week, a portion of your total wagers is returned as cashback. The cashback is calculated automatically and deposited directly into your aab99 wallet at a set time each week. It is received as real cash, so it can be used without any additional wagering requirements. Try to reach Platinum level to get the maximum cashback rate.
VIP level upgrades are based on playing regularly and actively. The more you play, the faster you have the opportunity to move to the next level. Specific activity milestones must be reached to go from Bronze to Silver, Silver to Gold, and Gold to Platinum. Your current progress can be seen in the profile section.
VIP members get priority access to special promotional offers, and at higher levels a personalized support service is available. Gold and Platinum members may get special benefits on certain games and the chance to participate in invitation-only tournaments. In addition to higher cashback rates, early access to new games or features is also available in some cases.
If you are inactive for a long time or do not maintain the required activity within a set period, the level may be reassessed. However, this generally happens after several months of inactivity. Continuing to play regularly makes it easy to keep your level. Contact the aab99 support team to find out the exact rules.
Casino & Table Games
Roulette has a spinning wheel with numbers from 0 to 36. You place a bet on where the ball will land — on a specific number, the color of the number (red/black), odd/even, or a high/low range. Guess correctly and you win. A good way to start is to bet on red/black or odd/even, since these offer roughly equal chances. Live dealer roulette gives you the feel of playing with a real dealer.
aab99 has tables at various ranges, so there are suitable options for both new and experienced players. There are tables where you can start with small bets, and there are also high-limit VIP tables for experienced players. The specific limits are clearly shown in each table's lobby.
Baccarat is actually quite straightforward — there are three betting options: Player wins, Banker wins, or Tie (draw). Each hand is dealt two cards and whoever's points are closest to 9 wins. Card point counting is simple — 10, Jack, Queen, and King are all worth zero, and the rest of the cards are worth their face value. Mini baccarat tables move at a faster pace and are suitable for newcomers.
Yes, live dealer games are broadcast live via video from a professional studio and trained dealers manage the cards or roulette in real time. You see the dealer on your screen and place your bets. It gives you the experience of a real casino from home. Live games from well-known providers like Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are available on aab99.
RTP (Return to Player) is a theoretical measure of what percentage of bets are returned on average over the long term. Volatility refers to how frequently and how large winnings come — with high volatility big wins come less frequently, with low volatility smaller wins come more frequently. Understanding these two concepts makes it easier to choose the right game based on your preference and budget.
aab99 offers content from multiple world-class game providers. These include well-known names such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, and JILI. Each provider has its own style and game themes, so slots, table games, or fishing games — all types of entertainment are available in one place here.
